My first experience with Matt and his team literally saved one of our projects and our schedule after another longtime supplier put us in a terrible position. I sent a message to Odonnel around 3:30pm on a Friday, hoping for a callback Monday to discuss whether they could possibly procure and deliver some special order items we needed to have onsite later that same week. Not only did Matt call me back 5 or 10 minutes later, he put together multiple quotes for various applicable options and emailed them all over to me later Friday evening. Price was right, products were exactly what we needed, Matt and his guys answered all my follow up questions promptly, AND they got the entire order to us fast & on time. I know where I'll be ordering my materials from moving forward. I highly recommend you do the same! Thank you again guys!

The people there are very courteous and willing to help you in any way to ensure you get what you need. The timely manner in which they got the material I needed was actually mind blowing. As a purchasing agent and logistics manager they made my job hassle free and we will definitely be going back to O'Donnel Metal Deck in the future! I can't thank them enough for their great knowledge and service!
