  O'Donnell & Cullen were recommended to us by our real estate agent. Our property was grossly overassessed but we never could have navigated the appeal process on our own. Their communication was prompt and clear and they kept us updated throughout the whole process. We're so grateful for their work and glad we chose to work with them. The 50% fee on the 1st year's savings is completely worth it.

  Made the whole process as easy as signing a paper, then signing a check. Delivered exactly what we wanted, a significantly lower tax bill, after the assessed value of our house jumped more than $100k over a 2-year period. I tried to get it lowered on my own last year, with no success - which is why I was happy to leave it to the professionals. The best part is, it's no risk - if they can't get your assessment lowered, they don't get paid.
  Would definitely recommend, but hopefully won't have to use them again for a few years.

  As a realtor, I can't count the number of times I've contacted O'Donnell & Cullen for their expertise regarding my client's property tax inquiries. Not only were they quick to respond, they were able to get great results in time to save my clients money without them having to take on the burden of meeting grievance deadlines. As a Real Estate licensed professional - simply as a real estate agent, I always refer my clients to Donald and his team, they are efficient, always fast to respond, and accurate! Clients love them and so do we, agents! Don't know what we would do without them in a complicated world of real estate taxes. And the website is also the best!!! Five stars, actually 6!
