I've been here since 2019, and really the staff here has been tremendous in my pursuit to better myself. There have been days where going wasn't so hard, and days where I was crying in the waiting room. I have been looked at with the same kind faces, and I've always left knowing they will be there if I needed them. There have even been times where I needed the emergency session and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs and insurance problems.
To anyone who needs someone in the old bridge area, this IS the place you go to.
Oasis behavioral health is an amazing place. I have been going there since 2018, and have never had a single issue. Everyone is professional, courteous and caring. One of the best parts about going there, is the sense of family. You walk in, and everyone treats you as a welcomed guest, not just a patient. Tim and his staff ALWAYS go above and beyond for their clients, and make sure that we all feel at home.
If you’re looking for an incredible group of mental health counselors, than Oasis is definitely the place to go.
The office staff is also amazing. Nobody wants to go to seek mental health counseling, and then have to deal with a nasty receptionist when you’re already feeling some type of way. At Oasis, that is so not the case. Every member of the office staff is wonderful!
Great services and pleasant staff. Always feel cared for when I am there, they make me feel like I'm part of a family. It's refreshing. These people have so much integrity, they even cut me a break by allowing me a payment plan when I couldn't afford services due to my high deductible. They truly are in this industry because they want to help people, not for money like so many other agencies I've tried in the past. I would recommend Oasis to anyone for counseling (Tim and Chelsea are both great) or psychiatry (& Grace is a hoot!).
