I went to the oasis location in stafford springs, ct- I was frustrated that the machine took $5.00 from me without working- and then I decided I have an extra $2.00 and I’ll grab change. I did that and the suction of the vacuum was awful. I spoke to Holly who called me back- she was absolutely amazing to deal with, and my voicemail was very frustrated. Holly did a fantastic job rectifying the situation, and was so pleasant! Please give this girl a raise- coming from someone who works in customer service- she is going above and beyond!!!! - Amelia powers
