While the waiting time was pretty long on my first day (i was a walk-in, the staff seems to have many scheduled patients on any given day, plus everybody wants their "fair share" of talk time by the time they are seen), the intake process did get me seen individually by three different people (intake person, then therapist person, then person who can give prescriptions) and they got me started on a 30 day program with weekly check ins, a case manager and they worked with my budget. The providers seemed to be a good mix of ages (late 20s-50s), they were diverse, and I was treated with respect and understanding.
Great program, got me focused on changing things, even gave me homework assignments, made sure I got prepared for job interviews. Life still sucks sometimes, but if I ever feel hopeless again, I know exactly where to go.
