They returned phone calls and emails promptly, showed up when they said they would and did a GREAT job. O&R's price was more than fair and beat out many of his competitors. Ed and his team spent the time necessary to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend you try them.

(August 13, 2021, 12:26 pm)So I found myself in a bit of a bind when the buyer of my 100+yr old colonial decided to switch from conventional mortgage to FHA. Ed and his team came to my rescue by scraping & repainting the exterior of the home to remove all flaking paint. Ed was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, stayed in contact and completed the job ahead of schedule. He definitely takes pride in his craft and pays great attention to detail. Additionally the cleanup was superb- not a single paint chip to be found anywhere on the property (and there were tons after scraping!). I would not hesitate for a second to hire Ed again and highly recommend.

Ed is very knowledgeable, he was honest and fair, and he delivered the work he promised at the price he quoted. He and his crew always showed up when he said they would (usually early), they worked hard and quickly, and they were always polite and professional. And the finished product looks great.
