I met CSR Lawrence and was impressed by his courteous and informative service, particularly wince I had no insurance. He provided me with options which ensured that I was a satisfied customer.
The two other reps who assisted me (didn't take their names) were also very co-operative, helpful and patient. Additionally, my examiner, Dr. Romanna, was thorough and explicit about her findings.
Well done! to the staff at this branch on Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn. Keep up the good service -

(January 6, 2023, 8:45 pm)6mths ago I was just looking for a place to get my eye exam done for my DMV license renewal and went to NYC Optical cause it was close to my house. Everything went well they were professional and helpful at the time, I didn't have intentions of going back, I didn't have any need to. I was receiving calls to come in for a follow-up check up 6mths later, but I didn't know of any appt I made and it annoyed me. When I happen to go to CVS to pick up my moms meds I happen to stop by NYC Optical I spoke to Laurence about it he explained why I receiving the calls and we continued to speak. Very cool brother, very professional, and helpful. I ended up doing a follow-up and purchasing a new glasses, which I am very satisfied with. Prescription is right on point and the glasses fit perfectly. When I picked up my glasses I ended up purchasing another one. Thank you Laurence appreciate you. Guys they have a good variety and he will really guide you to what you need and affordable prices...🙏🏾🙏🏾
