She has brought me reassurance and comfort for who I am while offering encouragement and suggestions that are realistic and come from experience. She seems to know when I need words from her between appointments and truly cares. She has made me a better athlete and healthier in every way possible. (July 12, 2021, 7:28 pm)Joanna provides so many great tools and teachings for wholistic health, including tips for recipes, diet, exercise, supplements and essential oils. She stands apart from other nutritionists with mindset reset, which she accomplishes with her many energy modalities. And her intuition is spot on!!! I experienced great strides in my physical health and mental wellbeing while working with Joanna and can easily continue to follow her health prescription for me!!! WOOHOO!!!

After creating and following a gluten free diet plan for the last year, I have felt so much better! My blood tests show a great reduction in inflammatory markers, and my digestion improved. Joanna also went above and beyond by helping me manage other issues related to women's health, stress, and lifestyle. Overall, Joanna helped me return my health (and life) to a degree of normalcy greater than I ever could've hoped for.

So I talked with Joanna and I felt like she knew me right away. And ever since then she put me on a meal plan which I’ve been sticking to a plan for my mind which has been great.
