Nancy is an absolutely amazing nutritionist! She is a wealth of knowledge, she really cares about you and her work, and will work with you to develop better habits instead of telling you what you should do or should have done. She is a very positive, honest, and open person. She has shared many stories about her family and her own journey, which makes it easier to be open about your goals AND to admit when you stray from your nutrition plan. I have always had problems with my self-image and Nancy is so easy to open up to about your goals and current strategy (or lack thereof). I look forward to my next scheduled call with her as it always has a way to turn my days around. Nancy was the third nutritionist I was matched up with through a work provided benefit, and I wish I would have found her sooner! I have been working on my nutrition for years and went into working with Nancy with an existing meal plan and was only really looking for substitution recommendations. In the six hours I've spent with her (so far!) I've received more personalized and helpful guidance than the years that I've been working on my nutrition. She has given me substitutions for the my immediate asks while also delivering amazing guidance on things I didn't even know I was doing "wrong." While we typically have a topic planned I always seem to have something that has come up since I last spoke to her and she's always willing and ready to answer my questions to the fullest. I am interested in the why behind her recommendations and she always has stats or studies to back her up on the spot with no need to circle back with you.
