Also they are well organized, and the folks who manage the desk when you pick up your cat remember specific details about each cat that is treated there, so you know your pet was in good attentive hands

(July 5, 2023, 11:01 am)absolute amazing care/ customer service from Katie all the way to pickup of our fur baby! would recommend 10000x over! thank you so much Nutmeg staff for all you do/care for our fur baby - he is healed and doing amazing (was energetic and fine within 26 hours post-op) also glad we waited until he was 1.5 years old after much research so so so blessed to have Nutmeg in the community
just an FYI fur parent(s)- allocate 45min for drop-off as it is a lengthy but necessary process and about 20-30min for pickup
smooth process though and so so so happy we didn't go with his vet -

(June 16, 2023, 11:47 am)I had 3 of my cats neutered at the same time here during covid! It was scary leaving your babies in the middle of a pandemic this way! But they had it down to a science and they all recovered quickly and wonderfully! They gave me great advice for follow up care and couldn’t recommend them more!!! Great, caring staff! If you aren’t sure where to bring your pet, stop looking, you have found the place! You won’t regret it!

(January 16, 2023, 1:31 pm)Nutmeg clinic went above and beyond to make sure my Jacki had the absolute best care. I was nervous, but the vets were so friendly and reassuring, this is especially notable because of the sheer amount of people waiting in line. My cat healed beautifully as well. They are such a special place, 10/10.
