Most recently, my car's headlight was out. Fixing it in the dealer would take hours and cost $$. He took care it in a few minutes and saved lots of $$. Thanks Eddie for all your help!

(May 26, 2023, 2:13 pm)I got into an accident that shouldn’t have ever happened while Ubering- NTC showed up to pick the car up. I thought I’d have it brought to Fishkill auto as I don’t have any experience with body shops personally. I just had them take it to NTC though, my insurance wouldn’t cover the damage as it was being used commercially - big thanks to Uber for letting me know that I should have had commercial insurance on my policy as I only delivered food on their platform - and I sent them my information the day before!
Eddie and Allison were great to work with. I had to pay out of pocket and Eddie really did me a big favor trying to keep costs down - even where he didn’t have to, ie waving the 3% charge on credit cards. Eternally grateful for these guys and if I ever am cursed with having to visit a body shop again I’m going here.
Check out their website, it seems like they got a Great crew who knows what they’re doing and this is a small shop. I like that - pay your guys well and keep them for a long time. -

I needed to use them for a winter emergency after hitting a fallen tree in the middle of the road obscured by the snow around 4am. I was very satisfied with the work quality and professional demeanor of all employees involved. My car looks like new again. I would definitely recommend NTC to others.

(October 1, 2021, 2:05 pm)Back in 2016 I was hit head on while stopped at a red light. My dad recommended my car be towed to NTC auto body. I was devastated being I had only had this car only two months and there was over $6,000 worth of damage .Eddy and his team did a phenomenal job on my car, fixed it good as NEW! I was so thankful all the work could be fixed and my car was not considered totaled.
Recently I had a small incident with my car that caused my front bumper to pop out and some scuff marks on the paint that needed some TLC. I stopped by last week to have Eddy take a look at it and arranged to drop it off today to have it fixed. Eddy and his team did a great job, as they exceeded my expectations and the work was done with in two hours! I sincerely appreciate the costumer service and work they do! This is my second time bringing my car here and will continue to bring my cars here for all my body shop needs! If you need a body shop I highly highly recommend NTC auto body!
