  The spa is beautiful, clean, intimate and calming. Felicia is very knowledgeable and gives the best facial I have ever had. On top of it she is incredibly sweet and down to earth. I travel 45 minutes just to see here and it is worth every minute! Highly recommend.

  I have known Felicia for 10 years. She has a deep understanding of what the skin needs or wouldn’t like. She is extremely professional and has magic hands. After I leave I feel like I have been in heaven. My skin loves it. My entire human being loves it. I feel like reborn every time !

  Felicia is fantastic! I was lucky to have found Novo Organics back in 2019. Her facials are extremely relaxing and leave your skin clean and rejuvenated. The atmosphere is so calming. I highly recommend this gem!

  I have been looking for an esthetician I can trust to treat my skin due to a chronically flared skin and cystic adult acne and came across this place. Felicia is absolutely the best esthetician I have ever met. She is not the typical esthetician who tells you what to buy and use on your skin. She believes in the process of natural healing and you can feeling it right away from her calming energy. Her touch on my skin and gentle massage around scalp and neck brings magical relaxations. Her little advices coming from her extensive experience and wisdom are better than the doctor’s visit. If you have a specific skin issues like acne, I highly recommend alternating doctor’s remedy and Felicia’s care. I depend more on Felicia than doctor at this point and my skin has improved so much. None of the doctors I visited couldn’t provide me a long term improvement with prescribed medications but her exfoliation left me with the better results. She’s honest with her business matter. She won’t overcharge you or sell you anything unnecessary. If anything, she does not want you to use any product. She truly care about your progress. She will talk to you if you have any concerns and help you to get through that tough emotional journey if you are suffering for a long time. Try her service and I assure you, you will be back here. I am not a fancy person who gets facials every month. I make appointments every 2-3 months and that still made a huge difference on my skin and my mental health. She will become your friend who cares not only about your skin concerns but also your life! Hope she keeps this business for a long time.

  Felicia is SIMPLY AMAZING! I have had many facials in my lifetime but have not even attempted to try someone new since discovering Felicia. I have been going to her for at least five years now and she is simply THE BEST. No experience I have had – even at luxurious five-star spas – can rival the relaxing, meditative, and rejuvenating experience she consistently delivers. The scalp massage you receive during the experience is reason enough to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
