Keith has taken great care of me since I started physical therapy for my shoulder. He is a true professional and you can tell he cares about his patients

I came in with an achilles tendinitis problem that had been going on over a year. The team inspired me with confidence that I would fully recover when beforehand I had resigned myself to not being able to do things I used to anymore. I felt in about 6 weeks they helped me rebuild and strengthen my lower leg muscles and foot from scratch. New Legs!

I can be a person with too many questions when it comes to my injuries and they would regularly answer questions for me in a way that I can understand while not having their education which is important for me.

I was pushed at a pace I was comfortable with and they were comfortable with and shown how much progress I made from the start and I am happy with that but I do need to continue on my own with exercises and stretching which I now feel capable of. I was happy with all the PT's I worked with. They are a good team! Thank you!

It has been a truly wonderful experience going to NovaCare in West Chester. Rita is very professional and personable. I immediately saw that Rita loves helping people. She is always positive and consistently motivates her clients. Rita takes the time to understand a client's concerns and tailors specific exercises to address them. She always asks how you are doing and feeling. If an exercise is too challenging, she makes the required adjustments. Rita is fully committed to helping her clients improve. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of PT.

Greg has been great in helping me recover from a fractured foot. I've made great progress in a fair amount of time due to his work and advice. They all seem to do a great job directing their attention towards each client no matter how many clients are in at the moment. Beware, Greg will make you suffer through a ton of bad jokes (just kidding Greg, you're great!).

In the past Rita and Greg assisted me with my shoulder injury and helped me fully recover. I look at them as my family physical therapists. They are so kind and personable. In addition their level of knowledge is exemplary.
They are both emotionally intelligent and empathetic. Recently I have been attending for my lower back. I have very quickly improved based on Rita's program for me. I love the fact that they give home exercises to promote recovery. I am blessed to have such personally caring therapists.
