Fred is thorough and attentive to the needs and requirements of his patients. He demonstrates interest, compassion and care in working with others.
Always wants the best for patients and encourages them to do the best they but doesn't make them dwell bad about themselves if they can't meet a goal immediately.
Alyssa and Fred, and the other team members are caring, friendly, and wiling to employ the extra effort to insure that those in their care are helped to the greatest degree possible.
I highly recommend the Laurel Springs location. I had Alyssa "Lou" & Kristin so far. These ladies are the bomb! Very patient, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind & just down to earth. They care how I'm feeling & listen. No pressure on speed & are definitely looking out for me; they'll get me back to normal, if not better. Place is clean & they're easy to schedule with. All physical therapist have great teamwork & look out for you.
So I chuckled that my orthopaedic doc told me I need some Physical Therapy. He said, "They'll use some heat, ultrasound and massage" to help my condition so obviously I was good with that. I learned quickly that it involved me working out to help my cause hahahaha ... bicycle, leg stretches, stepper, boards etc.
When I got there, I met Ashley, she did my PT assessment/measurements and we talked about what was going on. The facility is very clean and bright. The receptionist and staff are all very friendly. The stations are not so close that its crowded and the team there always makes sure no one is standing around and jump in IF your PT is tending to another patient.
My condition is improving and I have ALREADY recommended this Nova-Care facility to others.
