NovaCare Rehabilitation - Lakehurst

Came to NovaCare for an issue with my back. As I explained to my therapist, Omar, what I was feeling in my and giving him my history, he formatted a plan for me. All I can say is I am so glad I came here. After one session I was 95% better. After my second session I can say I am 100% better. Omar is a miracle worker.

Very professional and courteous. MJ is very helpful at the desk.The therapists take the time to explain what each movement is for. And Omar has the eye of an eagle concerning proper form. Can't say enough about them... A real first class outfit.

Omar Amer, PT, DPT is a knowledgeable and caring individual who consistently monitors and instructs his patients in the pursuit of physical improvement, (in my case, following reconstructive surgery). The administrative staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Truly, a pleasant experience.

Omar and MJ are the greatest . MJ at the front desk is also on top of things and is very pleasant and helpful. She also goes out of her way too make sure I don't inconvenience myself to contact my insurance/case worker for appointment approvals. MJ makes it happen . Omar my physical therapist is the best and very knowledgeable. I had back surgery 2 years ago and had a setback that required more PT. The 1st two times I was seeing a different therapist. This 3rd time I was and currently still seeing Omar as my Therapist. I improved significantly. I feel the difference I was told I was Going to require a fusion if my pain did not go away. Well what can I say after having a few physical therapy appointments with Omar he brought me back to my old self I don't have to worry about further surgery at this point Omar has done different exercises and treated me differently in terms of my condition than my previous therapist did . How Omar has been and continues to treat me has significantly improved my pain , my daily limitations and furthermore I'm happy to say thanks to Omar I will not be needing another back surgery! Omar is also very pleasant, professional, smart, and takes his time one on one with you and shows you how to properly do your exercises/PT . I have to say Omar you saved my life and thank you ! If you were told you need back surgery give Omar a shot 1st and see for yourself. Another thing about Omar is that if he knows he can't improve your situation he will tell you instead of wasting your time. From day 1 Omar told me he was going to fix me and he sure did! Thank you for Everything MJ and Omar and the excellent patient care you provide . I would recommend Omar to anyone who needs therapy for any condition requiring physical therapy!!! MJ and Omar you both rock ! Thank you again for teaching me how to walk again and live a normal life like I did prior to my 1st back Surgery!!!

Everything is handled professionally and politely, within a feel-good atmosphere Treatment is based on constant interaction between the therapist and myself. All of my questions regarding the intent and technique of the exercises have been answered and demonstrated to me,to ensure I use proper form.I have developed a positive attitude toward my physical improvement & trust my therapist Omar will help me reach my rehabilitation goals.Marissa patient coordinator is polite , knowledgeable and is on top of details with insurance and appointments .
