Kiera is an amazing therapist and helped get back to work in a matter of weeks. She made every visit a great experience and lots of fun.

The team at NovaCare starting with Tracy a.k.a. (Trouble), at the front desk, Sue a.k.a.(Smiles), Kiera a.k.a.(Double Trouble), Erika a.k.a.(The Captain), Regina a.k.a.(The Matriarch) and Richie a.k.a.(The quiet one), although he has no choice being around five chatty women, are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, accommodating and always willing to answer all my questions, and I've had many. They make me laugh, almost make me cry with some of the necessary exercises and stretches needed to be done for my recovery. With their guidance and treatments I have progressed considerably toward my final goals. I would highly recommend this team at NovaCare to any family, friend or anyone else needing physical therapy. My sincere thanks and gratitude to the whole team at NovaCare.

Very professional staff. They are on point with your appointment time. They won't make you cut corners during your therapy session, but they will work with you so you can reach your goal. I was kind of sad when my sessions was complete but I must say I feel well after my therapy sessions. Thank you staff. 😁😁

Novacare dingmans ferry gets five stars..
The physical therapist work hard with me one on one after a total knee replacement. They are experienced, upfront and personal about what is expected to improve my mobility.
At the same time the staff also would do anything to help set up appointments and contact insurance ect.
The equipment is also top notch.
The faculty is bright, clean and disinfected which makes me feel even more comfortable.

The thing that sets this place apart from the rest is the amazing staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for their patient's well-being. They know when to push you harder and when to ease up. They not only explain what they are doing, but why they are doing it and how it will help you. Best of all, they enjoy their work and make the experience fun (ruh). I always looked forward to my next appointment! When I started there, there were days in which I could barely walk, and now I am able to take walks in the woods again! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
