  Lisa, at Nourishing Harmony, is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful practitioner. She has helped me understand what is beneficial for my body by educating me about food, supplements and even by doing a couple sessions of laser light therapy with her. I highly recommend Lisa if you are looking in the direction of alternative medicine. Thanks Lisa!

  After running into a wall with conventional (and expensive) medicine -- frustrated in waiting rooms, getting brushed out the door quickly, fighting insurance coverage -- finally, I found Lisa who is a wealth of knowledge. She took the time to study my case and was able to see how other aspects of my life were related to my problem. In short time, I was on the right path and I'm comforted to know I have the best coach on my side.

  Lisa helped me to heal from Adrenal Fatigue. When the doctor wanted to put me on a medication that would take 3 months to take effect I said forget it and Lisa is the one that got me back to health within that time frame ... holistically... No medication. She used light therapy, foot baths and cupping along with excellent supplements. I am now able to go back to the gym and I am more energetic and thriving prior to the weak, ill feeling with which I was struggling with to get through the day.

  Lisa is the most kind, caring and knowledgeable holistic practitioner. Lisa is always available for consultation and guidance, and whenever I’ve needed support or treatment, she’s always there. When I was so ill with Lyme, Lisa came 45 minutes to my home to provide laser therapy as well as raindrop therapy.
  In addition, Lisa inspired me to go into the Wellness field. She has guided and supported me as a colleague as well as being her client.
  Lisa is a dedication practitioner whom I hold in the highest regard and trust implicitly.
