  Both myself and my children have attended individual, as well as, group therapy at Nourish Your Mind over the past few years. I look forward to my weekly sessions where I’m provided a safe space and presence to help guide me as I figure myself out and process past trauma. The group therapy offered at Nourish is another great way to connect with others as well as give and receive support. I love that there are so many different kinds groups available. The offices are always clean and the therapists are super warm and friendly, yet professional. I would highly recommend Nourish to anyone seeking support.
