  Dima is an amazing nutritionist that really looks at you and helps you set realistic goals. She understands future struggles may have and works ahead to make sure you continue to reach your goals. Highly recommend!!

  Dima is great. You can tell that she is compassionate about her job. She got my daughter engaged on the first visit, she is very accommodating, very knowledgeable, gives really good suggestions. I have incorporated some of the advice that she has expressed. Some have not worked for us, but some have been a total game changer for my daughter and I am super appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend Dima especially when you have a very picky eater like my five year old daughter.

  Dima knows very well what she does to motivate her clients and make them feel good about their progress in losing weight and change into a healthier life style. She is very organised and knows everything about nutrition. I highly recommend her!

  Dima is amazing! She teaches children how to make their own meals, enforces body positivity, and believes “all foods fit”. Through positive reinforcement she has helped numerous clients both adults and children learn how to eat healthy and ultimately live better lives!
  
  Talking to her feels natural and not like shes going to judge me for my eating habits at all. Her warm personality and friendly nature makes me feel like I don't have to hide or lie about what I’m eating. She also takes my insurance, which is great!
  
  Additionally, the office is absolutely spotless — which is very important to me especially considering the pandemic. The office also has little details relating to nutrition like little cabinet handles in the shape of lemon slices— totally adorable!
  
  All in all, Dima is very professional and makes each counseling session productive. I’m extremely pleased with my results, as my life has significantly improved!

  Booking was so easy, I didn't know what to expect the first time I walked in the office, but loved the environment and the large office with a kitchen! I've started about 3 months ago and been following up ever since. Working with a caring professional helped put me at ease. Dima understood exactly what I needed and tried to accommodate some of the foods I enjoy eating in the meal plan, in small portions of course. Together, we've been tackling my overweight issue from different angles, she's doing her part and I'm doing mine (without cheating). One more thing to mention, the Telehealth part was really helpful, it made me feel that somebody is watching over me. Overall, it has been a wonderful life changing experience, I can see and feel the difference, I'm steadily loosing weight, results don't lie. My goal is to transform by next year, it has been 3 months so far so 9 more to go. I'm very happy with the progress.
  Looking forward for my next visit.
