  Brought my senior dog for a DIY bath and it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and did a great job explaining the basics and my dog looked great! Definitely recommend their store with lots of great products.

  What an amazing suggestion by my neighbor. I have a 13 year old pomeranian who is picky and experiencing many issues. Beth was so kind, help and informative. Gave Liam his first meal of the newly suggested food. He gobbled it up! Great fins. Wish I knew about this store before today!

  Staff is very helpful. After changing our cats food to one recommended by Northpoint she is more active, doesn't get as many knots in her fur and doesn't stink anymore!

  Best place ever! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always check with them before I go to the vet. They are very knowledgeable and have products that keep my baby healthy!

  I love this place!!! I get my cats' treats here!! Gotta give them some moisture, my cats love it. I have 2 cats, one boy and one girl and they love the gogurts!!!
