I've been a patient with NMS for 20+ years, pleased with the care that I've received over the years, HOWEVER my complaint is the difficulty in getting through to a real person when calling and this is NOT a post-covid phenomenon. On average, I have to allow 15 minutes to accomplish anything, FIFTEEN MINUTES (no exaggeration, you can check my call history) IT IS AWFUL. Just now I was the 10th caller in the queue and 12 minutes in, someone picked up, very quickly said 'please hold' and put me back into prerecorded musical hell, I waited another 4 minutes before hanging up. I called back and was the 11th caller in the queue and waited another 10 minutes before getting through just to ask a quick question. 26 minutes of my life that I will never get back :( Please, please please you must do something to improve this, I dread calling and honestly it's a deterrent to even scheduling an appointment since it takes so darn long.
