I was a patient of Dr koutelous for 15 years in Brooklyn he was the most caring capable physician I could find while I was suffering from hernia mesh complications I went undiagnosed for 12 years because of medical professionals refusing to admit the serious issues these products caused and he stood by me helping and looking for a surgeon that would stand up to a major drug co and treated me with the best care I received through my suffering if I ate looking for a. I see a lot of terrible reviews and that most are older, so I wanted to add a good one.
My husband and I recently left our primary practice in search of a new one and found this one. They have clearly heeded poor reviews as the phone wait is not long and gives you options for leaving messages. Staff have been responsive and warm and the physician is thorough, friendly, and attentive. I hope people are not turned off by some of the bad experiences people had in the past. Again, to be clear as they have lots of offices, we have dealt with Brewster/ Dr. Koutelos and I also had a telehealth with a doctor from the Mahopac office.
