(April 25, 2023, 4:52 pm)A couple of weeks ago, I had a sprained ankle on my right feet. It got swollen up quickly, even though I put ices on the ankle quickly after the incident. About 3-4 hours after the incident, I tried the acupuncture service at NMC. Dr. Alice Zhu gave me acupuncture treatment on the acupressure points at the left feet, ankle and left hand (as they correlated to the injury on the right side of body). It was quite impressive that I was able to rotate my feet after the treatment, not feeling totally stiff at the ankle. Then, she also gave me some Chinese medicine patches (跌打损伤膏), which is often used by many martial art practitioners for their frequent injuries, to apply on the swollen ankle for several days (see photo attached). And I also get a bottle of Saffron essential oil from the Chinese traditional medicine shop at the NMC. And then, I also tried a few times the vibration recovery device that the NMC physical therapy service has. It also helped speed up my recovery. So, pretty much, within two weeks, I recovered and can walk normally. I thought that it would take me 2-3 months to recover, as I had a similar incident when I was in college playing volleyball. Thank you very much for NMC excellent Chinese traditional medicine team and physical therapy team!

(March 31, 2023, 5:47 pm)I've been going to Dr Feng and her team for over two years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. When I arrived I had a laundry list of complaints and health issues. I was out of options because the ordinary medical industry failed me. It took some time and patience but Dr Feng and her team have brought me back to life, and without the use of pharmaceuticals. Everyone there is so kind and nurturing, exactly what I was looking for. The facilities are clean and top notch and the treatments are fantastic. I would not hesitate to work with them!

(March 21, 2023, 6:28 pm)Physical therapy is amazing. My arm was injured and it has been painful and weak for over three months. I was desperate and depressed because the function of my arm is lost. Today I had a treatment in Northern medical center and I feel much better. The therapist is patient and nice. I am glad I found a great doctor. Many thanks to Northern medical center and my physical therapist.

(March 10, 2023, 11:39 am)Northern Medical Center is truly an amazing facility. The staff is friendly, the doctors are very professional. I’m truly grateful I found this facility. The acupuncturists here are all fantastic.
Chinese medicine is the true way of healing. -

I know right, seems weird to feel this way in a medical center, but they just have done a great job to make you feel at ease.
While I was sitting there I overheard another patient having the same positive reflection.
Went there for a vaccine.
Staff is knowledgeable and kind.
If I need any further assistance I will be back here.
