I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr Giallorenzi extracted several teeth and everything went very smooth. He is a very good listener and answered my questions with a straight answer. The procedure was explained to me beforehand , so I knew what to expect. The staff there was kind and helpful.
Very kind and welcoming group of people, had a tooth pulled and it was painless.
Three visits - one eval, one surgery, one follow-up so far and I can say is these people are true professionals. I have been treated with competence, respect, and kindness throughout. A difficult surgical procedure was performed efficiently and without issues. This is some of the best medical care in any discipline I have ever received. Five stars.
I was here yesterday to have a molar pulled and mind you I am the biggest middle aged chicken you will meet, but the staff took exceptional care of me and was extremely friendly. The walked me through step by step what they were doing and even carried on a casual conversation which made me feel more at ease. I then met the doctor and he was extremely nice and he did the same walked me through right to when I was going to sleep. He was extremely professional and gave me some good advice as far as my dental care. This office has restored my faith in dentistry again and will be following his advice. Thank you for your time and patience.
