  My optometrist, Dr. Kelly is absolutely amazing. I'm unfortunately, dealing with the grand ol "aging eyes," which finally caught up to me. However, I can not say enough great things about her and the techs that are there. She/They are: extremely calm, down to earth, friendly and by far have the best bedside manner that I've ever seen.

  Went to see optometrists at the location 2 days ago. Very satisfied. Attitude, professionalism and expertise are all in top notched. Five stars. No question.

  Dr. Kelly put me at ease after Dr. William Jordan removed cataracts and replaced my lens. My immediate expectations were not realistic so she answered all my questions and is a great communicator. Team effort is an apt description and the whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. Dr.Jordan just doesn’t say much but he knows how to do eye surgery. It’s a big deal so you want it done correctly. It’s a big deal to have your questions answered if you have them.
  My one comment would be to just get one bottle of each kind of eye drops at a time. It’s expensive. I have new, unused drops and cannot pass them along to anyone who may have difficulty affording them. What a shame.
  The best part is to be able to see without glasses. It truly is miraculous. Many thanks.

  My experience with Northeastern Eye Institute was nothing short of amazing. I experienced eye trauma and they had me with one of their doctors within two hours. They were professional from check in through diagnosis. Dr Kelly is my “Go To” eye doctor from now on.

  Northeastern Eye Institute is the best eye care place hands down. They staff is great. Dr. Lindsey Kelly is the best of all the eye doctors I have visited. Believe it or not over a period of 5 years I could not get any eye doctor to correctly diagnose my condition. On the very first visit Dr Kelly diagnosed my eye condition and she drew up a treatment plan. Now my eyes and my self consciousness about my eyes are so much better. I continue to go to Northeastern Eye Institute because there is no other place I would trust with such a valuable part of my life. Thank you Northeastern Eye Institute for caring.
