(July 28, 2023, 11:00 am)We had a great experience at Northeast Pediatric Dental. I have three children (6, 6, 2) who were taken back at the same time for their check-up. The staff ensured my children were safe and comfortable. They were able to fit us in for a filling immediately after our check-up appointment for one of the kids. The staff is so kind and patient. They’re efficient and helpful in explaining the treatments, billing and future appointment options. They make managing multiple appointments and treatments (which can be very complicated) very easy. Thank you!

(April 13, 2023, 2:23 pm)When the dentistry made the switch to a new dentist we were a little nervous but when we met Dr. Lee all of our worries were gone! Her and her staff are extremely kind, friendly, and caring for our two boys (1 and 3) they’re always so nice, and super accommodating with flexible schedules, and times. The office is very clean as well whether it’s the front waiting room with a play area for younger kids, two arcade games, and tons of chairs for plenty of people, or the back where they do appointments. We’ve never had a worry for cleanliness! The receptionist, dental assistants, and dentists are all so kind, and professional! All of our questions or concerns were answered, and we didn’t feel judged. We also appreciate the diversity in staff! Everyone made both of my boys feel safe and comfortable. The little goody bags with a small toy, an age appropriate toothbrush, sticker, and floss are also a cute little bonus! if I could give more than five stars I would!

(May 15, 2022, 3:48 pm)Dr. Reich had retired so Dr. Win Lee saw my kids’ teeth at their appointment, which was scheduled for within a week of my request. It’s super hard to get pediatric dental appointments in Philadelphia, most dentists are booked up to 4-6 months ahead, so I appreciated that Dr. Lee was available. The office is small but nicely organized. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem - street parking in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of seating in the lobby area, somewhat socially distanced, but masks were encouraged to be worn. There are two arcade games for children and a corner play area that my kids enjoyed playing in. Friendly office staff and Dr. Lee gave me a thorough overview of my kids’ dental health after their appointment.
Overall, good experience - highly recommend Dr. Lee.
