Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr Rosa is a wonderful doctor. He is smart, takes time to address all of your concerns, and has the best best-side manner. He’s the only doctor who doesn’t trigger my “white coat syndrome”. I actually look forward to his appointments. He never subjects me to unnecessary or excess testing, and takes the path that will be the easiest on me-and always takes my thoughts about it into consideration. He’s one in a million.
Took my mom here for appointment. Place is clean, staff is personal, doctor bhojwani was on point and personable. I try to stick with NE medical group providers.
The only negative here is getting an appointment especially if it’s the first timet that’s why only four stars.It s an extremely busy practice. Once in you re the doctors and staff treat you and tout health conditions as a priority . I have Dr Castillo and she has literally saved my life.I would highly recommend her another plus is rarely do wait long in the waiting room . I have been to other Endo doctors and have waited over an hour in the waiting room not here.they treat you like you matter
