(August 18, 2023, 9:27 pm)Had a great experience with Northeast Center for Rehabilitation. My family member required care following a traumatic accident. This facility and it’s staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring my family member had the best possible medical care and therapy services.
Administration: Administration was amazing. I don’t think I have EVER encountered a kinder administrative staff. Incredibly engaged in my loved ones care, I felt like each one of them was truly invested in my family member’s recovery.
Nursing: Nursing was wonderful. They treated my family member with respect, ensuring that dignity was maintained and proper medical care was provided. They made us feel so safe and comfortable, taking the time to explain medical complexities and how it pertained to care and medical administration.
Housekeeping: This place was so clean! Every day we saw the lovely housekeeping staff sanitizing every corner of the building.
Therapy: WOW! These therapists were miracle workers, I was so impressed with how much function my family member was able to recover, we truly did not think it was possible. We were amazed at their compassion and expertise. Heard only good things from other patients/families about the therapy staff and their therapeutic outcomes. It is truly amazing what these professionals are capable of.
I want to give a shoutout to Al A, the nurses aid. He was one of the kindest, most patient and attentive individuals we’ve ever met. Additionally we would like to say thank you to Diana, the supervisor. She was compassionate, communicative and does an excellent job ensuring everything is running smoothly. Both of these individuals are true assets to the facility.
Overall this facility is simply amazing. We could not be more satisfied with the care they provided. Thank you for helping my family member return home with the highest possible level of function. -

They work hard knowing their work matters. I couldn’t be happier working towards creating a better life for our residents.
