  I've been going through programs at this hospital for a year now. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Things are not simply handed to you, but if you are in need of assistance and willing to put in the effort then you will be helped to the fullest extent.

  This is my one stop shop for health care. Great staff. Incredibly supportive of veterans with housing, food, peer support, primary care, specialty care, therapy, and medication. Hard working people that often work long hours to help veterans. Easy 5 stars.

  I've been using the VA in Leeds and Springfield, MA for a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. Now that I am retired I started using the VA for prescriptions. Saved a lot of money! Great service! Great doctors and staff. Never have to wait. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy. Following up on tests and labs is easy to do on the myhealthevet web site. I will admit that I was a bit surprised what with all the negative noise about the VA. But they've been good to me and for me. Thank you VA Northampton and Springfield!!
