(August 29, 2023, 6:45 pm)I’ve truly never had a better experience shopping for shoes. The staff here made my wife and I feel absolutely welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. We consider ourselves novices when it comes to running, so we needed help with the process of choosing a new running shoe that will best fit our feet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will only shop here for future running shoes. We both love our new shoes!

Not only did they perfectly fit my husband, son and I for sneakers…but they also kept the store open 5 minutes late one night when my son lost his sneakers. They are informative, professional and have a great selection. I’m so glad to have this store in our community!

Their staff carry a wealth of knowledge about running, training, and all that is needed to succeed from beginning runners to seasoned athletes. They have running groups and do lots of events throughout the year to participate in the community. In their store, they carry a wide variety of items related to running, from shirts, hats and glasses to foam rollers and all kinds of energy bars/gels etc. Scott and his staff are all runners themselves and their knowledge is invaluable! They are dedicated to customer service and always stand behind the products they sell. No hesitations about recommending North Wales Running Company!
