  Mike Crum and his partner Bill were outstanding professionals in every way. Our experience was seamless. Mike wasn't about the hard sell... just the facts after inspection and walked you through the process without the 90+ minute presentation that other companies put you through before you get an estimate. His partner Bill was here everyday to oversee that the job was done with ease and timely. Quality materials, fair pricing, scheduled as promised, attention to detail especially since we have high pitched roofs and from a safety concern we were assured he had a well trained and experienced crew to do the job correctly. Clean up was top notch and everything that was moved was put back in its place. The roof looks beautiful and would highly recommend North Star Roofing Services. They are qualified and a professional team to do your next roof.

  Mike and his team are one of the best in business.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when needing a new roof. Once I noticed an active leak, I quickly got a hold of Mike who came out for an immediate assessment and quote for the work. We realized that the roof was in need of a replacement which included a flat membrane roof, new shingles on the front, and replacement of damage plywood. He was very thorough and explained all needed steps and materials to get the job done right. His crew was fantastic in terms of their timeliness, professionalism, and cleanup. I would highly recommend North Star Roof Services to anyone needing a new roof. These guys will not disappoint and will provide top qualities services at a reasonable price.   I can't say enough good things about North Star Roof Services! Mike and his team are absolute professionals who do quality work for a fair price. They did a thorough inspection, clearly explained our options, got right back to us with a fair quote and a scheduled date, showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job with quality material, and were extremely respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. Mike communicated with us every step of the way, answering every question we had and being genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with the work. I would 100% recommend them for any roofing needs! And no, we aren't related to or affiliated with anyone from the company. We are just really satisfied customers.

  Mike and his crew did a fantastic job! We got the roof completely redone with new gutters and it was done in a day. Fair pricing and excellent communication. What more could you ask for.

  I would give North Star Roof Services 6 stars if I could. After having multiple roofing contractors come by to evaluate our old and damaged roof Mike was the only one to give us an honest and fair assessment with the good, bad, and ugly we were up against at the best price we received. His incredibly friendly and efficient crew was at our hour and set up to go by 7:00am and had cleared out by 4:00pm. I will be recommending North Star to any friend or family who needs anything done to their roof in the future.
