  I can’t begin to express how amazing the work is that this company performs, Karl , mike & Alexis made a not so good situation into a very pleasant one. This business deserves more than 5 stars for their customer service to their body work,I will most definitely be recommending and using them in the future!

  The shop is beautiful! The staff were extremely professional and made the entire process effortless. My vehicle was returned to me as if it came brand new from the dealership! So impressed by the work .

  From the first minute we met Mike, Anthony and Alexis, they were ready to take care of whatever we needed. Our front end was damaged in an accident and it was thought that it can be fixed. Alexis immediately hooked us up with a rental. After a complete evaluation of our car, it was deemed totaled. Still Mike and Alexis continued to help us navigate the insurance companies. We were owed money for the rental and we asked Alexis for help. She got right on and we had our money in two days. This is a great business. They care customer focused, professional and efficient. Should we need a body shop in the future (I hope not) we will definitely choose North Star.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I came in for collision damage that needed to be repaired. When the insurance company didn’t cover the repairs, Mike and his team worked with me to get the job done at a fair, reasonable price. Him and his staff are friendly, warm, welcoming and always looking out for you. I appreciate all their help. I picked up my car this afternoon and it looks brand new! They did an amazing job! If you are in ever need of service - Mike and his team are there for you.

  National Collision in Baldwin ,best place to take your car for body work. They’re now merged with North Star and at first I wasn’t sure when I heard that but ,best decision I ever made. They promised the car would be done within 15 days and it was. Staff is friendly and professional. I appreciated the fact that I was kept informed and updated on the repairs throughout. I will definitely go back whenever needed. Tell your friends, tell your family. It’s worth the trip.
