  The service I receive from North Penn Volkswagen is second to none. From Avery, to Jesse to Amber (and even the women at the car rental office) it is the greatest customer service experience ever! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful! I love the video I receive about my vehicle. I appreciate the detailed explanation and to be able to see it is even better. Jesse is responsive to my questions and makes sure I get everything I need. I feel like they really care about me and my vehicle.

  The service department here is supreme! My car started producing the clicking noise during acceleration/disselaration. I took it to the dealer which I bought it from. After few days of working on it they could not find anything, and basically gave up and told me to call them back if noise increases. I decided to bring the car to NorthPenn - they did a complex battery recall on my car before. Their technicians when an extra step and called the manufacturer since it was not obvious where problem was coming from. Sure enough, Volkswagen recorded similar case and advise them on repairs. Problem solved, I am happy.

  Erin is what you are doing right. Explains very clearly on the guidance from the shop. Not pushy if you do not desire to pursue all repair recommendations. Waiting room with coffee and water, drinks, etc. is a nice accommodation to include a computer work area. Practically every time I'm having my car worked on I am doing so during work hours...thanks for considering such.

  Can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing my vehicle here- and now getting it serviced for the first time. My sales person Tim was a straight shooter who walked me through each step of the car buying process and was forthright about the things that he recommended. Getting it serviced a few months later was quick, easy, and a very fair price. They even cleaned my car before handing it back to me. Thanks to the whole staff!

  I just wanted to take a minute to say how much I enjoyed my car buying process today. Really it started before today with Shawn helping me via email. Shawn was very responsive and incredibly helpful in getting me information on the car. Shawn helped save me a ton of time and got me setup with an appointment when it was time. I showed up today and met Antonio who was so friendly and greeted me by name before I even introduced myself. He was beyond accommodating and I immediately knew I was going to have a great experience at this dealership. After showing me the car I was interested in he took the time to answer all of the questions I had and spent time with me after the purchase to introduce the car to me. Finally, John was my finance guy who guided me through the whole process and met every ask I had as far as pricing and evaluation of my trade in. I haven’t purchased a car in 5 years and expected the usual back and forth at the dealership, but everyone at North Penn blew me away. This was the most comfortable I’ve ever been purchasing a car. Looking forward to coming back for my service and a HUGE thanks to everyone involved today.
