The staff are very professional and easy to work with. Never keep you waiting and give you one on one attention.
The staff here is so nice & empathetic! They really listen to my issues & watch to see you're doing your exercises properly.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The facility is kept impeccably clean, which is important in these crazy times. The entire staff has been impressive, to say the least. Polite and friendly, as well as considerate and thoughtful. My interactions with all staff members has been memorable, but the superstar in my opinion is John Figarelli. John is amazing, and he's an absolute asset to this practice. I would never go anywhere else.
This was my first time going to NJPR. I went for rotator cuff rehabilitation. John was the PT assigned to me. He is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. John showed respect & spent enough time with me. He listened carefully to my issue before developing a treatment plan.
The rest of the staff were helpful, treated me with courtesy, dignity and respect. Appointment scheduling was easy. They kept me informed of the insurance coverage and there were no billing surprises.
The facility & equipment is kept clean and they abide by the Covid-19 cleaning & disinfecting of public spaces.
The facility is small. Sometimes I felt like we were too close to each other to be Covid-19 social distancing.
In conclusion, I would recommend NJPR and the entire staff for any of your physical therapy needs.
I am very pleased with the professionalism, kindness, positivity and courtesy I have experienced at North Jersey Pro Rehab. The quality of the care I have received, which is always thoroughly explained, is evidenced by the great healing I have experienced. I highly recommend this business. Chris is a great physical therapist, Liz is very welcoming at the front desk, and all staff members are quick to assist in a friendly manner as needed.
