  Message: Never had one of my guitars set up before but went here and spoke to Shawn who was very personable and knowledgeable. Work done on my guitars were top notch. And great tip on using acoustic humidifier. Set up on Breedlove AC25-SM and TLC/repair and set up needed for old Yamaha FG-365sii. North Jersey Guitar did a great job with that too- fixed nut, neck adjustment, cleaned it up. I highly recommend North Jersey Guitar for good work, honest assessment and valued opinions/direction.

  The service and value I received at North Jersey Guitar was far above and beyond my expectations. Shawn and his knowledgeable, friendly staff helped me find a quality guitar and accessories on a modest budget, but treated me as if I were spending 10 times more. I would recommend North Jersey Guitar and Music Center to anyone looking for instruments, accessories, or lessons. Not only did I find a good value, but a great business with integrity. Thank you!

  I dropped off two guitars here on Wednesday to have some adjustments made and setups done. I could not be any more ecstatic with the job they did. Communication was top notch, and the work was even better. I just got the first of the two guitars back and its like playing a totally different instrument than I dropped off. If you’re looking to have any work done to your guitar don’t even think of taking it anywhere else if you’re in the West Milford area.

  Brought my 1970’s Gibson Les Paul Signature in for service. It had been sitting in a closet for 30 years and was unplayable. Shawn got it back into perfect working order, restrung it and reached out to Gibson to date it from the serial number. I expected to pay a lot to have this vintage guitar brought back to life. They charged $80. Would highly recommend these folks for honesty and value.

  The guys at North Jersey Guitar always do an excellent job. I've bought and sold instruments to/from them and I always take my guitars to Shawn for setups. Quick turnaround and affordable prices will keep me coming back. I highly recommend this place.
