(May 26, 2016, 2:18 pm)North Fork PHysyca therapy was recommended by my friend for a persistent lower back pain.( herniated disk L5S1) This being my first experience with the physical therapy, I was a bit ambivalent about it. But David and his team taught me a lot about taking care of my body and maintaining the correct posture. I felt so much better. very knowledgeable in their field providing me sessions that were effective, and gave me exercises to practice at home, and tips to ease my pain. The staff is extraordinarily patient and friendly. They go out of their way to add a personal touch to their interaction with the patient. Everyone is very accommodating as to the individual need and temperament of each client.I am very impressed with the facility and all the machines available for the workouts.
