I hadn't been to the dentist since before COVID started, so I was a little nervous trying someone new after two and a half years.
Dr. Simon had great reviews, and now I see why! The staff is lovely and welcoming, and the office is beautiful. My entire experience was great, from the x-rays to the dental exam and cleaning. Dr. Simon was very gentle, and I was so relieved because I've had painful exams in the past and assumed all exams were like that!
I am thrilled to have found this wonderful office and can honestly say I look forward to my next dental visit!
The entire practice is efficient, clean and professional! Dr. Simon is incredible! He is friendly, calm and very knowledgeable. You can’t help but feel at ease during visits. I highly recommend Dr. Simon and North County Dental Care!
Dr. Simon and his team are hands down the best I've been to. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time because I had a bad experience at a different practice in the area. A month ago I chipped my tooth and had no choice. I found Dr. Simon on my insurance website and made an appointment. They saw me right away and did a good job fixing my tooth so I made an appointment to come back for a cleaning. During both appointments the entire team was so friendly and they did a great job. I had my toddler in tow both times and they were so helpful and accommodating. I'm a fan, I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist.
I was in need of a new dentist after moving to the area and Dr Simon came very well recommended. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone and they were able to fit me within a few days. Everyone at the practice was friendly and sociable and after filling out some first time paperwork I was seen within a few minutes. All my questions were answered and nothing felt rushed or impersonal. All in all a great first experience and i highly recommend.
