(June 8, 2022, 3:01 pm)I experienced a Reiki Energy and Sound Healing Session with Amanda during a time where I was going through a variety of life changes and was seeking clarity.
During the session I felt as though layers of uncertainty and insecurity were peeling back. I was able to let go and much of my anxiety melted away.
After our session I was able to go inward, dig deeper and move forward feeling grounded and strong.
Amanda helped me to see what I already knew deep down…that I was on the right path and had all of the tools I needed within me. -

She opens her class with insightful imagery that allows you to fully connect with your body and the space around you. It’s the perfect combination of movement and moments to invite rest and relaxation. I’m a beginner at yoga and I definitely recommend her classes.
