  Northbay was definitely the best experience for my most recent purchase, and I will probably be getting all of my future vehicles going forth from them. Make sure to ask for Tiffany . She was very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

  I have had my car for about 3 weeks now. I could not be happier with my purchase.
  
  I wanted to share my experience at North Bay Imports. From start to finish, North Bay Imports was amazing. They were attentive but at the same time not overbearing. They allowed me to view the vehicle and test drive without pushing for deposits or a sale pre-test drive. Any concerns were noted and addressed. I felt so comfortable with how things were going I put a deposit on the car immediately.
  
  The pricing was fair within the current market, and the team (Jackson and Tiffany) made me feel like I was buying an R8 each time I walked in the door. Gino also made everything easy and efficient when it came time to sign the paperwork.
  
  I highly recommend North Bay Imports for your luxury vehicle needs, especially if you are looking for the top German makes and models.

  AWESOME TEAM @ NB!! I recently purchased my 2019 Q5 from North Bay Imports and I couldn't be happier!! The entire North Bay team was helpful, courteous, and non-pressuring. After being referred by my mom, who purchased her vehicle there, I stopped by for an unscheduled test drive at 10minutes to closing. But no one made me feel rushed or un-welcomed. Jon was very friendly and gave me the keys to take what would be my future car for a quick test drive. A few days later I contacted Jackson and he began the car buying process. Jackson and David worked in unison at making the experience very simple and straight forward. Most of the communication was via email, but they were certainly willing to chat via phone, or in person, if needed. From start to finish, the process took about 10 days and I was ecstatic with the final result. I love my car and I feel like the NB team took good care of me. Even if you are not in the market for a luxury vehicle, just checked them out. You never know, after they work their magic, you might drive away with something special of your own!!
