  Dr. Jose gave me my life back. I stopped going to Drs years ago. All said they could not help me. Dr. Jose not only said I could be helped but worked with me and I with him. Today I am more my happy self than I have been in many years. If you have spinal cord injuries and chronic pain issues know there is help for you even if you gave up like I did please don't see Dr. Jose.

  Dr. Jose was very kind, I felt very heard and understood, and he was very thorough in his exam and asked multiple questions and looked over the mri reports in my neck and back and together we came up with a treatment for both. I went in knowing I didn't want drugs and I would be getting a consult for a spinal cord stimulator trial and I left with a set up for that as well as a plan to address my neck issues as well. He did not try to push medicines on me like other doctors or even physical therapy knowing it doesn't work takes hours I don't have and a ton of money. I haven't felt "heard" in a while and I was nervous going in because I read some poor reviews but I think this is more of a "you don't hear about something unless someone's unhappy" and I wanted to come here and make sure if anyone in my footsteps read these reviews maybe they could read mine and feel a little relieved. I'm looking forward to my journey with doctor Jose.

  After years of recurring back pain and my usual neurosurgeon no longer accepting my insurance, I found NAS&P and have never been happier. Dr. Jose, as well as his entire staff, was patient, understanding and pleasant. He found that I had a lot of scar tissue which was adding to my problem. He recommended I have a pain relieving device installed in my lower back to help alleviate the pain. I agreed to have the temporary device installed and within 3 days was nearly pain free. Thank you Dr. Jose. I will be forever grateful to you. My next step is to have the permanent device implanted in my back. Again, thank you all for being so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this center for anyone who is suffering.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Jose for several years. I would highly recommend Dr. Jose! He is extremely kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He has an excellent bedside manner and really and truly cares about his patients. Taking the time to listen and to find the best treatments possible for each individual patient. Again I would highly recommend Dr. Jose and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and the North American Spine and Pain practice. Even the office staff are very kind and accommodating.
