This company was awesome. I was in an accident and very visibly shaken. The driver of the tow truck was the ONLY person at the seen amongst officers and fire personnel that recognized that. He was so kind and talked to me and made me feel better. That is definitely not something that is in his job description. He even brought over my coffee that I left in the car. Thank you!
Norms save station is by far the best mechanic in the area. They never overcharge. It's always great when I am NOT taken advantage just because I am a female. They do great work. No complaints here! Took my car in for ac not working. They ran an hour long diagnostic check and didn't charge me a dime! Told me to come back whenever I was ready to have it fixed. Midas was going to charge me $150.00 just to do the same test.
Last summer, I had gotten into a car accident and pulled into their lot in tears, not knowing anything about cars and having no idea what the damage on my vehicle would cost. The gentlemen working there handled my situation with care and friendliness and honesty, and I never felt once that they had taken advantage of my situation even though any other place probably would have. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.
Excellent work! Prices are way lower than dealer. As importantly, they do it with integrity. Took car in and thought we had a major problem only to hear:
"your spark plug wires were lose, no charge."
