  In April of 2021, I tore my ACL during lacrosse and I was looking for a physical therapist that would not only help with my injury but make me stronger. I had multiple recommendations to try out Nola Physical Therapy and Performance and I tried it out, and never looked back. Once I started I knew I was in good hands, the staff, the complex and everything about the place made me feel welcome. My injury process went from being injured, to being the strongest I have ever been in my life because of the constant support and exercises I received. I would not be the athlete I am today without Nola.

  NOLA is a place where I come in and immediately feel at home. I spent almost 5 days a week at NOLA when I tore my ACL in the summer of 2019, since then NOLA's been a place where I can work hard and feel like I'm making a difference in my body and mind. Being an athlete it's heartbreaking when you hear that some injury is holding you back from doing what you do best. However, once I began talking to the great staff at NOLA and listening to their wisdom I felt like I was myself again, pushing me harder to recover not on my own but allowing me to work as a team with my physical therapists. I developed a great relationship that I will always turn back to whenever I need it physically or mentally. The family at NOLA is one I will never forget and I thank them for always having my back and turning me into my stronger self. Helping me prevent further injuries and become the athlete I’ve always wanted to be. Thank you NOLA!

  Many people don’t realize that Nola is not only just for physical therapy but also performance. I started coming to Nola 2 years ago to improve my athletic abilities. All the staff at Nola are welcoming, trained to make their clients the best athletes they can be, and incredible at working with young athletes. Between weight lifting, footwork and injury prevention I would not be the athlete I am without Nola. Over my time here I have seen clients from the ages of 7 to 80 working on themselves, Nola is truly a place for anyone with any goals.

  Right as I walked in this place, I already knew I was going to be in good hands. This team is so professional, caring and encouraging. I am so grateful for Jason's and Gianna's help. This team is also very knowledgeable about what is happening with your injury or any issues you have with recovery. I am already seeing progress in my ACL recovery!

  NOLA physical therapy provides the highest level of care that I have ever seen. I have been treated for multiple different injuries ranging from knee to back to shoulder and every single time I finish working with them I am an stronger and better athlete than I was before the injury. Jason and his team are experts in sports medicine, physical therapy, and making sure that their patients have the best possible outcomes after their time at NOLA. Their goals are your goals. If you are an athlete they are going to make certain that when you get back to the field you are at 110% I've recommended NOLA to nearly everyone I know because I believe there are not many PT clinics in the world that have the same quality of facilities, expertise on staff and are as committed to your recovery as NOLA physical therapy is.
