  The minute I first walked into NJ Hair Studio I immediately felt a welcoming feeling. The staff/stylists were very helpful & informative. I got a sew-in by Saleemah & she did an amazing job. My sew-in lasted about 2.5 months. The salon even offers wash shampoo with the sew-in still installed. I have never seen or heard of a salon doing so. Most importantly clean environment. You definitely will get what you pay for!

  I came to get a silk press and the service was outstanding! They took their time washing my hair and making sure the old products and build up was completely out. My silk press came out the silkiest it’s every been. I love it!!!

  This place deserves 6 stars, I have never left a salon as happy as I did today with my hair. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the style even more. The only drawback was that I got there at 1pm for a 2pm appt, was able to get started at 1:30 , but didn’t leave until 8. I won’t even dock a star for that because the hair is stunning and I will absolutely return. I would say, just be prepared to stay a while, bring a charger or a book. Other than that I will continue to go here. 10/10 would recommend

  10's across the board goes to NJ Hair Studio & Spa I absolutely love this establishment and the wonderful services they render. The staff is friendly and effective, I'm always satisfied and sassy after the pampering I've received. I highly recommend you go and get your fix! ✊🏾

  This is a very nice black owned hair salon. The decor is modern & very clean. All the stylist were very knowledgeable. I was grateful to have the owner of the salon do my hair. Her name was Salima(might be wrong spelling). I got my hair dyed and they did a deep conditioning, steam treatment, silk wrap & a few other things to help my hair.(I have natural hair). Anywho i would recommend this salon, I actually already have reccomened it to 3 women. I would make an appointment before you go & be prepared to spend all day there, well depending on what u get I assume. That's the only down fall I was there allllll day, which took up my entire Saturday. Other then that I will be going back.
