Niyama Yoga

This shala is more than a space, it is an experience. Care is taken for every sense - sight, sound, smell, taste, touch. I attended a sound bath this week with with the magic of cacao to relax and allow relaxation and immersion. The sounds of the bowls and gong created a space for healing and reflection. Nicole, the owner and founder, is someone rare and gifted! Thank you to Niyama Yoga!

Such a beautiful space and an amazing variety of classes. And they have two other locations. They are all different and unique with such great energy. I have enjoyed energy one of the teachers I have met so far. From Yin Yoga to Power Vinyasa, Pilates and Barre, they have it all!

I highly recommend this yoga studio!!! It is by far the best I have ever joined. You can see the love and professIonalism that Nicole brings to running the 3 studios, with a very personal touch. You can take classes at any of the three, which is so convenient if you commute or want to try something new. Each instructor brings something beautiful to class, with their skills and posItive energy. This is also an amazing place if you want to have a regular practice, since they offer so many classes to accommodate many schedules.

I took my first aerial yoga class with Nicole and absolutely can't wait to go back! It was my fist time back to the gym in awhile and Nicole made it so easy to learn while still keeping the most relaxed atmosphere. She was one of the best yoga instructors I've been to.I can't wait to come back and learn more from Nicole!

How can I begin to describe this amazing woman?! She heals both the body and soul. She exudes beauty and positive drive and energy. My experience with Nicole in Tulum was life changing!! As a breast cancer survivor, my body has been through hell and back. Yoga AND Nicole have changed my life. My battle scars are warrior wounds and I am stronger, healthier and happier today than ever before!!! This woman has inspired me, healed my body, mind and spirit .....I have made a treasured friend for life!!
