Alyson specializes in many different areas of counseling. I have worked with her while working with military/first responders and those that suffer from trauma and she was outstanding.

She is someone that I feel blessed to refer my clients out to who are seeking a deeper connection to all aspects of themselves. Nina specializes in EMDR, CBT, and addiction, and trauma based therapies. I have had the utmost privilege to work collaboratively with her and my clients over the past couple of years. I must say each one of them have expressed their gratitude for connecting them with Nina. I value and appreciate her dedication to her work and her continued exploration to advance in her practice.
Furthermore, it will be difficult to find a more attentive and well balanced therapist and practice in the surrounding area. -

In that time, I have known Nina to be a highly skilled, intelligent, compassionate, competent, and direct practitioner. Nina has a way of building trust with her clients that allows her to challenge and push them, leading to immense growth and change. Nina also has a great sense of humor and brings passion and joy into her work. Nina's qualities as a therapist also make her an excellent supervisor, leader, and colleague. I would highly recommend Nina to anyone who is looking for a practitioner who can be direct and straightforward to challenge ineffective behaviors, or to anyone who struggles with addiction, trauma, and grief and loss.
