  We HIGHLY recommend Anthony and Pat from Niles Floors & Blinds!! We had a wonderful experience dealing with them. Working with Anthony was such a pleasure. He is so warm and personable. And the installation process with Pat was a breeze! And best of all - we absolutely LOVE our carpet - the color is perfect and it feels just like "walking on a cloud!"

  I couldn't be happier with my new guest room floor. It is stunning! The quality of the wood is definitely an upgrade from the prior floor. Plus it was installed correctly. Niles carries only top notch vendors and uses excellent installers. The crew was impeccably clean during the process and methodical in dealing with furniture that had to be moved out of the way. I highly recommend Niles Floors and Blinds to anyone considering a project like mine. This project was so successful that I am eager to do more projects with Niles!   We recently hired Niles Floors & Blinds to install new carpet in our home. We renewed our entire 2nd floor, which consisted of 3 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom, hallway and staircase leading up from main floor. Their installers were professional, nice, and worked fast and efficient. Also cleaned up as they worked. Loved that. The edging on the closets, particularly the built in closet draws that touched the floor, were removed to install the carpet properly. We did not expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The carpets feel amazing on our feet. The quality of the rugs is better than expected. I highly recommend visiting the store. The staff, Pat and Anthony, are super amazing and knowledgeable. They have been in the business for over 30 years and really helpful.

  Professional and knowledgeable, those are the two words I would use to describe my experiences with Niles Flooring. I just finished my third flooring project with them and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a large selection of hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring. Although it can feel overwhelming at first, Anthony and Pat took the time to guide us through our options and select the perfect floor for each one of our projects. Unlike other stores, they were always willing to lend us their samples so that we can get a better idea how the floor might look in our home. For each of our projects, the entire process was always seamless from start to finish. The service Niles Flooring provides is something you will not find anywhere else.

  This is the second home where I have used Niles Floors & Blinds for my window shades. It is rare these days to find excellent customer service from start to finish! My first jobs with Niles were small ones and this latest one was a large job but customer service was excellent in all cases - great communication and follow-up! Anthony and Pat were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again for other rooms in my new home! Thank you Niles Floors & Blinds!
