  I’ve worked with Dr. Nicole at NJ Sports Spine and Wellness for years and she has always provided great, comprehensive care on a range on injuries from concussions to ankle sprains. I first met Dr. Nicole when treating for a torn PCL in 2019 during my senior year of high school. Since then Dr. Nicole has worked with me on treating sprained shoulder joints during my D1 soccer season at Rider University and later on concussion and ankle sprains during various Ultimate Frisbee seasons. Throughout my time, she has taken the time not only to treat my injuries, but to get to know me as a person. She is knowledgeable, kind, and invested in the well-being of her patients. I would recommend Dr. Nicole to anyone looking for physical therapy.
  
  I have also Sam, an athletic trainer, while treating with Dr. Nicole. Sam is also extremely knowledgeable in various treatment methods and exercises. Sam takes the time to not only treat the injury but to speak to you as a person and get to know you. She is invested not only in my physical, but mental and emotional well being as well. Sam also takes the time to create drills specifically for each person. When I was treating for one of my sprained ankles, Sam incorporated frisbee throws and movements into my exercises to create “real-game” scenarios for me. Overall, Sam is a superb AT, who is highly invested in her patients.

  Dr. Nicole is the absolute best! She’s a professional and really has improved my life since I’ve started seeing her. She has great exercises, is a great diagnostician and has improved my mobility and made my neck feel fabulous. Thanks Dr. Nicole for all you do!

  Since starting physical therapy 8 months ago, I have been a patient of Nicole Zangoglia. Her attention to my daily progress and needs has been key with the treatment plan tailored specifically for me. I highly recommend Nicole, as she is a wonderful practitioner and person! Had it not been for her investment in my recovery I don’t believe I would be feeling as good as I do today!

  Dr. Nicole is the best therapist I've had. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and passionate with her patients. I've several surgeries that she'd helped me with. Right now she's taking care of my ripped biceps and shoulder surgery. I TOTALY recommend her. She is the best.

  Nicole is great! Caring and very professional!
  I recommend her highly. Polite and very personable!
  Keeps you motivated and insure that there progress in every session.
  I had three surgeries in 4 years and she has been there to help and support me along the way!
  Can’t say enough about all of the support team as well! 👍
