  Nicole is great. Great personality great nutrition for bariatric patients. I highly recommend Nicole. She’s easy to talk to she get you back on track as a bariatric patient. She’s absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a bariatric or regular nutritionist go with Nicole.

  If your looking for a great nutritionist, you are on the right page !! Nicole and I meet weekly to create a nutrition plan that evolves each week. Nicole has recommended so many positive adjustments to my diet that fit in with my lifestyle. My latest bloodwork has had all improved results since following Nicole’s advice. I look forward to our regular appointments because she listens, cares, has extensive & valuable knowledge to share. Our appointments are highly effective & individualized each week. 10/10 recommend Nicole & I love to share her with family, friends & clients. She is my forever nutritionist !

  After undergoing bariatric surgery, Nicole has helped me sustain my weight loss through nutrition guidance. Nicole is the utmost professional and at the same time very open and friendly. She offers suggestions based on foods that I like, healthier alternatives, portion control, food tracking, she follows up with me to ensure my weight loss goals are on track to be made.There can’t be a successful WLS unless good nutrition goes hand in hand with it.   Nicole McMullen has been a joy to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and gives great basic tips on losing weight, exercise and overall nutrition. Having done a variety of “diets” in the past Nicole’s approach is painless and easy! I’ve been losing weight consistently for the last two months without having to count calories. I look forward to our meetings and the scale every two weeks!

  Nicole has provided our son, who was diagnosed with fatty liver, encouragement and unconditional nutritional support. She took the time to explain how to choose healthy snack options and how to read nutritional labels correctly. Nicole also worked alongside our gastroenterologist and consulted him at times when something we were told might have been unrealistic or an unattainable goal.
  It has been three months since we had our first appointment with Nicole, and I am pleased to say that my son has successfully and healthfully lost 12 pounds! We have a bit more to go, but without Nicole’s thorough guidance, we would have been stuck between Keto, paleo, and all of the other fad diets that don’t work.
  I highly recommend Nicole to anyone who needs nutritional advice, a nurturing hand, and an attentive listener to guide you in the right direction.
