Obviously this will only be one positive review in a sea of many, but I thought I would write it anyways.
Nicky D's has provided excellent service for 3 members of my family including myself. From vehicle selection, to customer service and processing speed they are unparalleled in the valley. Both Todd and Amy were helpful and friendly, without being pushy or overbearing.
When I first picked up my vehicle, there was an issue. It took nothing more than a phone call to get scheduled for a repair, and the use of a loaner vehicle.
10/10, if you are looking for a used vehicle and are sick of dealing with sketchy sales people this is the place for you.
I bought a 2015 Prius at Nicky D's last April. Their service is exceptional. Even with questions about routine matters, it doesn't matter how small. They always take the time to help me out. I cannot say enough about Todd. He is wonderful. You will do well to buy your next car from Nicky D's . You will be pleased with the car and the service.
Recently purchased a 2020 Honda Fit with 15,000 miles. Folks here were very respectful, honest and good people. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was able to test drive on my own. Bought my first (new to me) car at Nicky D's. They helped me throughout the whole process and did their stinking best to battle slow to respond insurers. No suits or super shiny showrooms but people who actually care about their jobs. I loved the no-nonsense candidness and the fact that they service the cars they sell.
