  I absolutely love this place! I joined this gym about a year ago, I currently go 2 days a week. Coach Russ has encouraged me and showed me the correct way to train. It has given me the tools and confidence to train correctly to achieve my goals! The vibe, the music and the workouts are exceptional. Never the same
  Workouts.

  Positive atmosphere & team vibe .. Trainers are well educated and is able to meet all of your needs. The gym is clean, safe and members are super friendly and willing to point you in any direction if you have any questions.

  This is a great gym, brand new equipment, well designed, modern, clean and an excellent facility. Russ is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and positive in his approach to sharing his knowledge. He really enjoys seeing people progress, and his training skills are exceptional

  Awesome atmosphere & team vibe not corporate or pushy with sales/long term contracts ect... Russ is one of the best coaches in NJ and the open air workouts, layout with lots of space, smaller groups and cleanliness are a big plus. If you’re looking for quality personal training or small group coaching this is the spot.
